Most universities provide the parking spots free as part of a sustainability partnership — we deliver quarterly carbon-impact reports for their ESG disclosures and donate $5 per student signup to the school's sustainability fund. Service auto-pauses June 1 - August 31 by default. No charges during summer break. Opt in to keep service active if you stay on campus year-round (research, summer classes, etc.).
We use the nearest DC fast charger (Tesla Supercharger / Electrify America / EVgo / ChargePoint). Most cars charge from 20%→80% in 30-45 minutes. We never use slow Level 2 chargers — only fast ones.
If you have a Tesla / EA / EVgo / ChargePoint account, we use yours and you're charged at standard network rates. If you don't, we use our prepaid card and pass through the cost (no markup).
Yes — designated Simply Campus spots in the hub parking lot. Marked clearly. Other students aren't allowed to park there. We coordinate with the university's parking office.
Our $250K Garagekeepers Direct Primary insurance covers damage while in our custody. We acknowledge claims within 1 hour, fix within 7 days, no deductible to you. Photos at every step.
Yes. Drivers don't access trunk or glovebox. Photo log on pickup means anything that disappears is on us.
